C. 1880, New York, NY. Measurements: 60"W x 43.5"H. Firebox Opening: 36.5"W x 33.5"H. Opening with Surround: 18"W x 26"H.
A classic Victorian in arabescato marble with dusty grey veining across the marble that gives the impression of jagged white islands floating on a deep grey lake. A rounded coat of arms keystone provides weight and prominence. The decorative cast iron summer cover is detailed with delicate scrollwork and filigree. Repairs have been made to the left spandrel. Salvaged from a home in midtown Manhattan.

Each mantel is made to order and adapted in stone, scale, opening, hearth, insert, and detail. Collection profiles are starting points. Every Mantel House fireplace is made to order following final design approval. Once shop drawings and stone selection have been approved, production typically requires 10-12 weeks.
Each mantel is professionally crated and shipped with care. We coordinate delivery worldwide and work directly with your contractor, builder, or installer to ensure a seamless arrival and installation.
