Refund Policy
You agree to thoroughly inspect all items purchased through the Website immediately upon delivery and promptly advise the Company in writing at the email address below of any issue with any item purchased. Similarly, if any items are missing, you agree to promptly notify the Company in writing at the email address below of all missing item(s). Damaged items should be photographed and submitted to shipping@mantelhousedc.com along with a written description of the asserted damage. Upon receipt of notice from you, in its sole and absolute discretion, the Company will determine whether to undertake any action in response to your notice. If the Company does not receive notice of an issue within 24 hours of the delivery, you agree to waive any and all claims for damages, reimbursement, offset, or refund as a result of any claimed damage or defect.
